What is gas fee? When do I pay gas fee on NFT Talkers?

Gas fee is a blockchain transaction fee paid to network validators on Avalanche. Opening an account on NFT Talkers is free. But when you create a collection, an NFT, when you buy an NFT, place a bid or put an NFT on sale, you have to pay the gas fee to conduct the transactions.
